Now introducing an enhanced analysis package:
Machines can exhibit mechanical vibrations because of unbalances, alignment faults, and incipient damage. To ensure that no fault goes undiagnosed the SmartBalancer 4 Advanced Analysis package can be provided. The Advanced Analysis package provides a detailed analysis of the machine, including custom FFT frequency analysis, bearing envelope spectrums, time waveform, and crossphase measurements. These supplementary functions can be added at any time, enabling even more comprehensive field analysis.
The SmartBalancer is a handy instrument for balancing installed rotors fast, accurately and inexpensively without disassembling machines. You can correct rotors of practically any size or weight in one and two planes. It makes all of the important diagnostic options such as measuring overall vibrations, tracking analysis and FFT frequency analysis available. Its comprehensive equipment covers most of the other vibration measuring functions, making it a high-performance tool for machine diagnosis.
An optional module for roller bearing assessment further extends the application range of the SmartBalancer: The instrument is performing envelope spectrum analysis to detect periodic impacts caused by roller bearing damage and gearing damage. This analysis is based on the demodulation of amplitude modulated vibration signals. You can therefore make your plans in good time and institute the correct measures at reasonable cost. This extra function is easily released with a password without requiring additional installation.
You can save all of your findings together with a description of the machine, the measuring point and date and time right in the SmartBalancer. You can download screenshots or measuring reports or you transmit them to a suitable printer for printing out wherever you are – for saving time and energy.
With our extended utility software as an option it is now furthermore possible to transfer measuring results as csv-file or ms-excel-report directly to your PC.
